Our flagship and long-standing initiative to prevent drop-out rate of adoloscent girls in Government schools by providing mentoring and educational support, nutritional aid, career counseling, peer group learning workshops, adolescent health and environmental awareness, and digital literacy.

We train rural women through a literacy-agnostic curriculum at a 5-month residential training. They are trained to not only become skilled solar engineers but also to serve as community leaders, training other women in their villages on essential digital and financial literacy skills.
